Our Policy

Orders are only accepted online through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone or through DMs.

Place small orders 2 days in advance.

Place Large orders 5-10 days in advance depending on how much food is being ordered.

If you do not see a date online that means the date is not yet available for orders or just not available at all.

Custom platter requests are not accepted. Our menu is set, no discounts are given so please avoid asking us for discounts on your orders.

WE DO NOT DO IN PERSON CATERING. ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP OR DELIVERED ONLY.

PICKUP:
Please make sure to show up on time for the scheduled pickup time that you choose when placing your order. Be respectful of timing.
Ex: if you selected 3:30pm for pickup then you must show up at 3:30pm.

You will be contacted if things are running a bit later than the regular time chosen.
Pick-up in Ottawa South (Findlay Creek) Entire address will be sent to you after payment is made .

DELIVERY:
We delivery to some parts of the Ottawa and Hull, Gatineau.
Delivery includes extra fees which is added at checkout. If your address does not show up when searched on our website, it means we do not deliver to that location and you would have to choose pickup.
Deliveries go out between the hours 3:30pm-6:30pm. Everybody chooses 3pm when ordering. Our driver will try their best to make sure that your order gets to you between that time frame.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment must be made through E-transfer in FULL right when the order is placed. If the full payment is not recieved right away then the order will be cancelled.

NO SAME DAY CANCELATION
Cancelation has to be made 5 days before order is due. If groceries have already been purchased for your order, only a 30% refund would be made.
